This hotel experience was highly disappointing. We booked what was advertised as a family room, but it felt cramped with a double bed and bunks pushed into a small space. While the sheets were clean, the room itself had a noticeable odor, and I even found a dirty sheet from a previous guest wedged beside the bed. Noise was an issue as we were awakened by a commotion in the middle of the night. The overall experience did not meet my expectations at all.
